Marcus Emmanuel is an aspiring young activist and organizer committed to building political power among the next generation of leaders. He currently serves as the National Organizing Director of Dream for America, where he helps develop grassroots strategy, expand chapters nationwide, and train young people to engage meaningfully in the democratic process.
In addition, Marcus is the East Texas Regional Director of the Texas College Democrats, coordinating campus organizations, supporting student leaders, and strengthening Democratic infrastructure across the region.
