Jon Lovett

Jon Lovett is a podcast host, former presidential speechwriter, and straight shooter widely respected on both sides. In 2017, he co-founded Crooked Media, where he co-hosts "Pod Save America" and hosts "Lovett or Leave It." He made his reality TV debut and goodbye in the first episode of Survivor season 47. His first book, Democracy or Else, co-authored alongside his Crooked Media co-founders, was released in June 2024. Before Crooked, he served as a speechwriter in the Obama White House and for Hillary Clinton, co-created a comedy on NBC called "1600 Penn," wrote for "The Newsroom" with Aaron Sorkin, and posted many perfect tweets before deleting the app forever.
