Azeen Khanmalek

Azeen Khanmalek is the Executive Director of Abundant Housing LA, a non-profit organization dedicated to advocating for more housing at all levels of affordability throughout LA County. He leads a team or organizers, educators, and policy experts that organize at the grassroots level in support of effective solutions to our housing supply crisis. Prior to his time at AHLA, Azeen spent 4 years as the Director of Affordable Housing Production across two Mayoral administrations, helping to lead the City of Los Angeles’ efforts to accelerate and expand the pipeline of affordable housing. When not advocating for more housing, he enjoys hiking, biking, tennis, and playing piano.
